Our whole lambs are professionally processed, vacuum packed and labelled, then cut to your preferred specifications. Whether you love traditional roasts, plenty of chops, or would like more mince and sausages, we'll prepare your lamb the way your family enjoys it.

Each whole lamb provides approximately 13–14kg of take-home meat, depending on the animal and your chosen cutting options.
