Burgess Peaks Beef & Lamb Boxes – Shipping Policy
We deliver premium, grass-raised beef and lamb direct from our farm in Raglan using trusted courier services.
📦 Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via NZ Couriers.
- Orders are carefully packed in insulated boxes
- Products are vacuum packed and sent chilled or frozen
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched
🚚 Delivery Areas
We currently ship to most urban areas across New Zealand.
If you are in a rural delivery (RD) area, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
📅 Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are dispatched on set processing days (typically early in the week)
- Delivery is usually overnight or within 1–2 working days, depending on your location
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary.
❄️ Packaging & Product Care
All products are:
- Vacuum packed
- Packed in insulated cartons with ice packs where required
Our packaging is designed to keep your order chilled during transit.
📍 Delivery Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- Someone is available to receive the delivery, OR
- A safe, shaded location is provided
Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate or freeze products immediately.
We are not responsible for spoilage if parcels are left unattended for extended periods.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be:
- Calculated at checkout, or
- Confirmed prior to dispatch

All orders include tracking.
