By purchasing from Burgess Peaks, you agree to the following terms.

All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if required.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions are accurate.
However, as our products are natural, variations in size, weight, and appearance may occur.

Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for correct storage transfers to the customer.

Orders may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to dispatch.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
